What do you need to know about me? Well, I'm a British voiceover artist, hailing from Yorkshire and living in Argentina. I spent my youth working as a musician in the UK, and sailing the seven seas performing with some of the world's greatest artists. I traded in the ocean air for countryside life, where my neighbours are mostly sheep, dogs and the occasional Spanish speaking parrot.
I have been a performer for 15 years in many guises: saxophonist/bandleader; jazz/pop vocalist; presenter/host; voiceover artist. I'm very comfortable in front of a microphone, naturally enthusiastic and LOVE telling stories!
Living on a farm allows me to prioritise voicing audiobooks, commercials and other narrations, as I can work self-directed in my home studio. Most would say my voice is warm, witty, friendly and sometimes a bit cheeky. Have a listen below and see if you agree.

Medrano Projects
My bread and butter is narrating audiobooks, where I love voicing characters from elves and dragons to a Yorkshire lad and his missus.
I also voice commercials, corporate videos and e-learning modules. I love taking on medical narration texts, so get in touch if that's you!
So, got any recommendations?
Yes! I've worked with Fregata Space, Etsy, and Abrabunker, narrating various campaigns.
I've teamed up with several authors, namely John Broughton, Annalee Adams
and Kat Green to bring their stories to life.
I have provided my voice to various organisations such as National Grid,
Merge Gardens and Kelloggs as a commercial voiceover.
If you would like an audition for your project, you know where to find me!
Musicals, weddings, and all that jazz
If you're interested in my musical alter ego, you can click here to read about my life down the pit.
I'm predominantly a woodwind triple-threat (a demon on the sax, flute and clarinet), but also sing, play keys and direct as needed.
I intersperse theatre work with the wonders of Groove Manuva, a wedding and party band from Yorkshire/Lancashire and various other ensembles.
I'm also an orchestrator, arranging charts for jazz ensembles, pop bands and orchestras.
You know what to do.
